The gentleman is really very professional when he showed up. He introduced himself on who he was. After coming into the house and opening the door and showing us different things and tapping on it a few times showing us how to reset everything. The door and everything was working fine and then he showed us what the door should be doing and should not be doing. Which was really helpful to us after he left. We tried it and everything was working fine ever since then. I highly recommend this man to fix anything that you may need fixing in your appliances.
