Technician lied that the refrigerator was turned off for 24 hours and did not service it. The fridge was not turned off for a second. I basically had to pay a $85 call fee and technician did not do anything.

You recently filled out a survey for the service we were scheduled to do for your microwave under warranty.  Your response was about us coming out for your refrigerator.  I'm a little confused as Dan Marc was not sent out there for service on your refrigerator, nor was any monies submitted for service that day.
