Second tech who came out was great. He really took the extra time to troubleshoot the problem and correct the oven door. The original installer and first tech dismissed issue and told me “that’s the way the door sits”? Anyhow, it got corrected by “Ani” I think that was his name? Great guy, showed me exactly what he found and corrected …..Thanks again!

My only quibble is that I signed the invoice, while the machine us under warranty, and did not pay attention that there is “amount due $.04.” How to I pay 4 cents ? Keith did not mention that there was an amount due. He was, however, very pleasant to work with and deal with.
