While Mike was great, Dan Marc was at my house 8 times and my freezer was never fixed. I had to leave work on all these days, and threw away so much food. It’s impossible to get whirlpool customer service on the phone. Even the technician had a difficult time getting through. I did fill out the form online 2 times for someone from the Dan Marc service department to get in touch with me, but nobody ever did. So now my whirlpool refrigerator that is just a little over a year old is being tossed to the curb to fill up more of our landfills. All in all it was not a great experience.
