Tommy is not only a highly competent technician, but he is a caring and a kind soul as well.

He is excellent person

Dryer was purchased at Lowes last October, 8 months ago, No problem for first 7 1/2 months. Door became very difficult to close. During 1st visit, repair man Tom claimed it was working “as Designed”, even though door did not previously need excessively force to close door. After numerous calls to Whirlpool we were told a different repair person would be sent out. Same repairman came for second visit claiming nothing could be done and he had been sent out with the wrong part. Only after much questioning, he finally took out a screw driver and attempted to adjust existing part, then tried new part, which was correct part but too tight. After putting original part back , door appears to be working correctly. Also please note on first visit, Tom advised Joan , who is 94 1/2 to “ use her knee to help jam door closed” , putting her in danger of an injury. He also mentioned that she probably didn’t have that much laundry to do. We found repairman Tom’s attitude to be unacceptable.

He was On time, knowledgeable and pleasant.
