We’ve experienced a cooling issue with our fridge since Thanksgiving. Mike was the original service tech who attempted to fix the issue about 4 times. Mike was great-friendly, personably and informative of the process every step of the way. Although he was unable to make it to this last service call Joe, who was apparently the manager walking him through the troubleshooting during the last visit, arrived. As he was aware of exactly all the previous troubleshooting and repairs done, he immediately knew what to do next to finally arrive to and provide an answer- the fridge was not repairable as the issue existed in the sealed cabinet. The staff here is wonderful- courteous, friendly, professional, informative and just human. No one made me feel like they were Redding from a script -they listened as I expressed frustration over a non working fridge for 5 months whilst having a newborn in the house and my daughter’s breast milk spiking as a result. Diane, Joe and Mike were an absolute pleasure despite the circumstances. You have an amazing team and I do hope they are shown appreciation and are valued.
Roberto was very professional & prompt. Went over and above by offering to check in with us after testing the machine, and if it was in fact fixed. He shared his cell number and offered us to call if we had any problems. The reset of the machine worked, and there was no need for him to do any further repairs. We had a very positive experience!
