Took 6 times to finally fix my refrigerator… It also took several phone calls to your company and to PC Richards to TRY TO REPAIR my refrigerator… that did not work either… it was just wait we will be there eventually… part ordered… wrong part sent… I HAD TO CALL TO FIND THIS OUT!!! And when the tech was here water all over not once but twice!!! Over cabinets etc… he did help wipe it up once second time it was left!! Been waiting a month a half to get my washing machine. They still haven’t fixed it, when I call them they say I need to make a new appointment which takes almost a week and a half . When ever I find out it’s still not working they close the claim, they say to make a new appointment. Before they close the claim they should make sure it’s working before anything.

Took them 3 weeks to “fix” my washer. They came on a Friday then I find that my washer is still not working. So I had to wait till Monday so they can schedule to fix it. Nothing is fixed yet Im still waiting.
