Everything was fixed very quickly, and the technician was very professional and explained exactly what was wrong.

The technician was very nice but either he didn’t connect the dryer vent at all or didn’t put it on correctly. Found out two days later at night when the room was extremely hot and the mirrors in my bathroom were fogged up to find out it wasn’t connected
