Our technician, Mike, resurrected a cantankerous 20+ year old refrigerator. It was too bad that he needed three trips in order to get it operational again. Mike was kind, courteous and professional. A true gentleman who is welcomed in our home, and we verbally expressed that to him in each of his visits. We thank you folk for your service and your personnel.
