got the new part and installed it .It would have been nice to have it done sooner ,but things happen and we did get canceled once. My wife uses the oven a lot if fact she used it that night.

Your tech Trevor knew his stuff and took care of our problem quickly. This was a new washer with only 10 or so previous washes - he took the time to show us the proper way to load, use the controls and take care of the unit (something Maytag’s horrible users manual doesn’t provide) - he’s a great tech - hopefully we’ll never see him again but if we have a problem hopefully he’ll be our tech!
