I was hoping my garbage disposal would be replaced since it could not be repaired due to it being out of warranty. I informed the woman the appliance was not under warranty. So she should have told me they will not replace it. I paid $150 for an unnecessary 7-minute consultation. The person that came was very nice but I was not provided a copy of my invoice.
