I had the same tech came to my house twice to service my washing machine and all he can say is (I DON’t know what to say) did nothing on both occasions and leave me to figure out what wrong with the washing machine. This company does not deserve a star.

Serves is excellent, they come on time , change parts needed , but my refrigerator still not working how Spode to work need to deal with whirlpool now.

George was very professional!! He also explained everything to me about the problem with my washer and how fixing it was not financially prudent. He answered all my questions and even advised me on the type of new washer I should replace it with and the reasons WHY. I would definitely recommend George to anyone that needs information about their washing machine repair!
