Elmer arrived on time and showed excellent knowledge and repaired the washer quickly

My freezer was making a noise the service man can figured out the problem ordered the pieces and installed everything and my freezer is working exactly as expected

Keith is an absolute legend and we had the best experience with DanMarc. It’s frustrating when an appliance breaks, in our case - a Jennair dishwasher. Much to my relief, Keith showed up (on time and with a phone call first I might add) to help diagnose the problem. Keith was extremely professional in every way and my favorite part was how he took the time to explain things to me. We’ve worked with another repairman in the past and our experience with Keith was light years beyond. It’s the little things he did that we appreciated the most - cleaning up after himself, provide instructions about what to do after he left, and generally put things back the way he found them. Truly happy to have crossed paths with Keith and DanMarc and will never use anyone else. We can’t recommend them enough.

Staff came on time was scheduled were prompt efficient, and effective in dealing with my issue. He appliances no longer under warranty, but they were able to provide complete service.
