Gerry was patient and gave me some very helpful advice. He was able to eliminate the accumulated soap and how I can avoid it from happening in the future, but the reason for my service call was not corrected. The water still streams out of the top spray arm when the cycle is completed. That is the reason I gave 3 stars. Gerry deserves 5 stars for effort. I can only assume this is a defect in the Maytag dishwasher, since apparently it can not be corrected.

Professional appliance service and great techs. They actually had the part on truck to fix our Kitchenaid freezer light. Have used Dan Marc in past with other appliances and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
