Called this Whirlpool Certified technician after poor service by another technician from another company.
He diagnosed a dangerous, hurry-rigged ‘repair’ which would require a rather expensive repair to correct the faulty previous service. Professional service and documentation of same. Also provided suggestions for repair or replacement.

Basically told me that what we bought was terrible brand new mag tag washer.. not the same made by whirlpool and will always shake.way too quick out the door in 5?minutes, would never have bought this washer. Shame on mag tag only wish I could return this terrible machine. Will be sure to tell all about how Maytag cheated out and charges the same for there washing machine. Tyler was abrupt and ran a test and said all was ok. Never turned on the machine terrible , terrible, terrible
