The technician was professional and polite but the problem I had with the visit is he knew prior to coming to my residence the exact nature of my problem and the advisory warning on the control panel of my stove( F2E1), which he advised me meant the entire control panel had to be replaced. So In my opinion the diagnosis and corrective recommendations he gave me could have been identified and diagnosed over the phone therefore saving me the cost of the service charge of 148 dollars. He was informative as to how I could contact Jenaire and go about getting the repair part free of charge. So despite having to pay a service charge I may be getting the control panel free of charge! But will have to o pay an additional service charge for him to come back along with the installation fee. So I feel like Dan Marc is benefitting by getting paid twice for something that could have been avoided. All be it; I am happy with the results so far. And I am happy that Jenaire recognizes that they had an inferior product and is picking up the cost of the part. Dan Marc’s technician was professional and advised me well as to how to handle getting the repair part. I give Girsy a thumbs up
