Keith was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained the washing machine workings and gave us good advice on how to improve its performance (not enough water goes in to wash the clothes-it's a poor design-you need water to remove dirt-not Keith's fault, it's a design issue-we are going backwards instead of improving)
