Tech comes out to fix my dishwasher. Inspects dishwasher and says needs seal. Orders seal, SAME TECH comes back a few weeks later and now says he can’t pull out dishwasher and install because floor is blocking dishwasher. Question, why didn’t he notice this the first time he came out???? The floor was there the first time around. This is taking way too long to get fixed and don’t even get me started on Lowe’s “extended” warranty!

Good afternoon. We're sorry your service didn't go as planned. However, we would not expect a dishwasher to NOT be able to be removed, as it is quite abnormal for the floor to be at a different height than the dishwasher, so it's not something that a technician would run into, nor expect, but maybe once a year, if that often. The product has to be accessible, in order to service it properly; not just this time, but for the future as well. It should be at the same level as the floor in the kitchen, so it can come out. The people that installed the floor should know that, prior to doing that job.
