I have ice build up in certain areas of the freezer and it seems that’s something that cannot be fixed. The refrigerator is less than a year old and the technician is telling me that’s not that bad. Well I didn’t have that in my 18 years old refrigerator. IT IS BAD. I get freezer burn much faster. Food gets covered in ice much faster. Whirlpool needs the technician to state that the appliance is beyond repair so they would start the process to replace it. Aris said that he would be fired if he’d do that. It sound absurd to me. I gave it 2 stars because Aris did partially fixed the seal of the refrigerator, at least he tried…it was 50% successful. Maybe this is the 6th or 7th times I have one of your technicians come. Nobody was really able either to fix the problem or help.

My appointment was so easy to schedule. Rafael came on time and diagnosed then explained the issue with my Dryer to me, ordered the part, and came back quickly for expert installation of a whole new motor. He’s a pro plus very nice to have in our home. We loved working with him and Dan Marc Appliance.

Mr. Roberto was very knowledgeable, and straight away he knew what was the issue with my dryer, he also went above and beyond on explaining a few functions of the dryer I didn’t know about, very grateful!

It was easy to set up my appointment including the insurance forms required by my condo building. When Roberto came my dryer wasn’t having the same problem/issue (ugh) so we discussed general use and care of my heat pump dryer. I learned a few things despite being an experienced domestic engineer. I am confident if my problem reoccurs, he will know what to do. Overall excellent ease of scheduling and customer support.

Raphael seemed to be very competent and tried to fix my refrigerator’s problem. I think my unit is defective and cannot be fixed so I still have ice forming on the ”threshold” of my freezer. Raphael was very nice BTW and he’s definitely not the reason of my lower rating. I’m general I think DanMarc should respect the time window given to customers and don’t send technicians to people’s home at 8:15am (even with notice) when they are expected after 1pm. Luckily I was home but if I was working I would have missed my appointment.
