Was told I needed a plumber to replace a value, spent money to have value replaced, washer is still making grinding noises, not spinning after rinse, clothes are soaking wet when cycle is complete, calling back today and demanding this washer to be fixed or replaced on MY TIME, hopefully someone comes out this time that actually checks the machine

Fast service and extremely polite arrives on time. I have nothing negative to say. Already recommended to two other people.
