Jose did a great job. Very professional and helpful. Fridge is doing great now.

Jose was here less than 10 minutes . He check the washer and checked his computer, told me we were using the wrong settings. He turn on the washer said it’s working , gave me the bill and left. My wife came home tried to do a load and the washer still did not work properly. My wife called for service and they told her Jose would call the next morning but nobody called all day. My wife called today and she was told we needed parts that had the be order which nobody said before. Now we have to wait till Monday. I am not to pleased with your service so far.
