Great communication and service. Diagnosed the issue with oven, ordered correct parts, and made repairs timely.

We explained multiple times what the issue with our refrigerator was and unfortunately the technician was just set on repeating the same thing over and over again, “Try changing the temperature settings, don’t put this kind of food on the top rack, etc.” It’s unfortunate that we paid $4,000 for this fridge and it keeps freezing all of our food, yet the technician had no answer as to what may be wrong. He had no idea what he was doing and he was incredibly rude. Upon the technician’s arrival to our house I asked him if it was possible to put on booties for his shoes and I explained to him that it’s because we have a newborn baby in the house and he responded with, “Well you know babies need to build an immune system.” Incredibly unprofessional. Never again will I work with DanMarc appliance or Whirlpool/Kitchenaid.
