Roberto came with his iPad, took approximately a total of 10 minutes and was not helpful at any all. Refused to help when my wife asked him, he out right said “no”. He KNEW how to resolve issue, offered no help. Our washer door is still stuck. I came home that night 9:15 PM, found my wife attempting to unlock the door. Wtf, why did I have him come at all? No help. I called Dan Mark 3 times Friday morning, , no answer, no messaging service to get in touch with you. Totally frustrating. I called and reported company and Roberto to Whirlpool. Disputed charge to my Chase credit card as well.

The tech came out, saw what the washer was doing.  So he used his iPad to look up the parts required (control and latch).  They are no longer available from the mfg, that was the reason he most likely explained to your wife "no", if she asked if there was anything he could do.  We don't have any control over how long the mfg and/or distributor keeps replacement parts available for service.

The control and lock, if not operational can lock the door closed, which seems to be exactly what you were left with.
