When my microwave stopped heating the tech came the day after I called for an appointment He was polite and punctual He checke my machine and found he needed to order a replacement part In less than a week the company called me to set up an appointment for installation The two technicians who came were also punctual and very polite and installed the part in a timely fashion I will highly recommend your service

Tech was much much better than the tech that was sent the first time for this issue. The first tech was dismissive and just told me to raise the rack and then told me to level the range. This tech actually called the manufacturer and spoke to someone and that person told him it was a known issue that the bottom rack may hit the door. If the first tech did the same due diligence as this tech it would have saved weeks of time and a second tech having to come to the house.
