Dave is a professional and great leader. I have and will continue to recommend DanMarc to my friends and neighbors. However I still think that an oven shouldn’t take hours to cool down. Hopefully in time more information and history will become available and remedy.

Dave came early as requested and listened to my problems with the refrigerator. He then removed the back of the unit and spent considerable time and effort to correct what he could. He placed unit back and left after discussing the issue .

Dave called ahead of arrival time which as great for me. After checking out the compressor he determined had to be replaced. That done he reset the thermostat and said it would gurgle for few hours. It has gurgled for 3 days. Contacted Dave and we talked. If still doing that in 3 days to call for him and he will come back. I’m so pleased with initial and follow response. Maxine
