Dennis is incredibly unprofessional. He has had to come to my house on multiple occasions for two separate issues. The first visit was him looking at our stove, it took him a couple of minutes to indemnify the problem and order the part. In that same appointment time he took a look at our washer, which was on your schedule to be diagnosed a few days after this appointment. He ran a diagnostic on it and said “I’m going to try to order the parts for it, so I can have them on Friday when I come for the appointment.” That was a lie, then he came back and argued with me and called my husband a liar. He looked at the washer, ordered parts, and left. He was here again this week to fix the stove because that part finally came in. While he was fixing the stove, he told me that he already knows the parts he initially ordered for my washer will not work, and that the part he does in fact need (basket) is on a 2-3 month back order. At this appointment he was cussing a lot (I’m not trying to fuck you over, just letting you know). Among other things. Please do not send him back to my house on future work orders. I don’t want him in my house. If you need further elaboration, please don’t hesitate to call me. 805-757-6997
