The repairman was very cordial and seemed to a good working knowledge of my Whirlpool dishwasher. After testing the machine a few times, he realized that the drainage problem had to do with the drain pipe. It turns out that the outtake spigot to which the machine's drainage was crimped by someone to make the drainage hoses mouth would fit over the side spigot of the drain pipe. He explained to me that food debris was getting stuck at the cramped spigot and the machine would automatically shut off in detecting a backup of the drain. Overall my experience with your company was great.

The technician was professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with-and quickly diagnosed and solved the issue with our stove.
