First, Felipe was excellent! He was professional, knowledgeable, fast and friendly. His work was effective and kept open the lines of communication in case there would be an issue later on. My only wish about the service would be less time between available visits. I understand the part needed took a while to get, but once it arrived there was a lot of time between available appointment dates. On the plus side, the automated reminders and flexibility in changing appointments works very well! In general, I'm very happy with the repair and overall service and will recommend DanMarc to others!

Felipe was incredibly helpful and diligent. He figured out what our problem was and was prompt and thorough in fixing our problem. We’ve already used our oven since he fixed it and everything is perfect, as good as new. Highly recommend and hope that if we ever have need of maintenance work in the future, Felipe will be available!
