I FEEL THAT DAN MARC, WAS SO EXCELLENT IN EVERYTHING HE DID. HE EXPLAIN EVERY THING TO US AND WHAT WE DIDN'T UNDERSTAND , HE WENT INTO DETAIL AND EXPLAIN IT SO WE COULD UNDERSTAND..I HAVE NEVER MET A YOUNG MAN L8KE DAN MARC, THAT TAKES PRIDE IN HIS JOB. I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE HIM ANY TIME TO FUX OUR WASHING MACHINE OR DRYER MACHINE. HE REALLY KNOW HIS STUFF. I HURT MY SELF TRY TO HOLD MY WASHING MACHINE FROM DANVING ALL OVER THE PLACE. AS MY HUSBAND WASN'T HOME. AND I AM 82 YEARS OLD. I WAS DO SCARED THAT IT WOULD HIT MY GAS PIPE, AS IT KEPT HITTING MY GAS STOVE .AND I HAD MY 2 ARMS AND HANDS TRY TO HOLD IT IN PLACE SO IT WOULDN'T HIT THE GAS PIPE. I am up set with a guy that they sent to me from Neww Jesery, he had no tool box when he came in , just himself and said there is nothing wrong with your machine. It is fine . And we said why does it keep jumping all over , we are afraid that it going to hit our gas pipes. He couldn't care less, and left. I try calling WHIRL POOL CUSTOMERS SERVICE, TO TELL THEM WHAT HAPPEN WITH THIS OTHER GUY THAT CAME 3OR 4 MONTHS AGO AND SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG, AND LEFT AND OUR WASHING MACHINE STILL WAS BOUNCEING AND DANCING ALL OVER MY KITCHEN HITTY MY STOVE AND MY GAS PIPES. I AM SO GLAD THAT YOU SEND FROM YOU COMPANY DAN MARC, LIKE HE WAS SUPPOSE TO DO, THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN. The sad sad part if the first guy came and DID WHAT YOU DAN MARC DID FOR US FROM YOUR PREFER APPLIANCE AND DAN WAS FACTORY CERTIFIED WE WOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY$150.19 TO YOU PROPLE WHICH I DON'T WAS WORTH IT. BUT TO FIX ITFOR $ 959.79, AND MY WARRANTY DIDN'T EXPIRES UNTIL AUGUST 1,2024 we wouldn't have to buy a new one. But I guess HOME DEPOT DOESN'T CARE WHO THEY GET TO FIX MY WASHING MACHINE. WELL I CALL THEM THE FIRST TIME THEY GAVE ME SOME GUY WHO WAS A ASS HOLE. AND I WOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY 959.79 TO FIX IT . NOW I HAVE TO BUY A NEW ONE. THIS DOESN'T SEEM RIGHT. THERE IS NO WAY I CAN GEET THIS COMPANY FROM NEW JERSEY , AND TELL THEM WHAT THERE GUY DID WHEN HE CAME IN. THANK YOU FOR LISTENING. I WOULD CALL YOU PEOPLE AGAIN AND HOPE AND PRAY I GET DAN MARC, I WOULDN'T GET RID OF HIM , HE IS A 3XCELLENT GUY AND KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. THANK YOU DONNA COLLINS 6 CEDAR AVE .
