I had one of those refrigerators that just didn’t want to be fixed and when it did something else would go wrong a few days later. These guys are the only reason I didn’t have an aneurysm. Finally it cooperated and stayed fixed. Professional, masters of their craft, communicate with you on appointments, confirm and follow up. Truly great organization and service. This was my first experience with this outfit but I will never call alter repair company so long as I’m in their service territory. It’s a no brainer.

The service was great but the process of making the appt is awful. The customer can only request a time but ultimately must take a whole day off of work
