Jose was professional, neat , respectful, and a just a nice person. The first visit , the wrong parts were sent , so a repair could not be completed. Jose handled it with grace. A week later , he returned, same professional and completed the repair. He even stayed to make sure oven reached set temperature all while explains how the oven heated and cooled in cycles. In the past 3 years, being in a new build, many repair people entered my home. Jose , by far was the most professional and nicest.
