Jose, was a fantastic and knowledgeable technician. I would highly recommend using him in the future.

Came three times to figure out how to solve the issue after making the issue seem simpler than it was. Kept saying it was just a problem with lint. Then on the third visit they replaced the pump which was the issue. Not friendly. 5 hours late. Wasted money on laundromat due to inconsistency from this company. Should have checked the pump the first time.

Very helpful very fast

I have a whirlpool residential refrigerator in my RV. Appointment was within a day or 2 of my call for service. Part came in quickly and return appointment was quickly scheduled. Jose diagnosed appropriately as the issue being the compressor. The compressor had a 5 year warranty so it was all covered by Whirlpool. Fridge and freezer now working again and I’m satisfied. Thanks Jose!
