Jose is a knowledgeable repair person. He has serviced our refrigerator several times and explains things very well. We are extremely pleased.

Jose was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. In addition to replacing the heating element in the dryer, he identified the origin of the problem, a birds nest in the vent line. He cleaned the line and removed the birds nest to assure proper ventilation.
