I would give 5 stars but gave 4 because it took 2 visits to get the light in my refrigerator fixed. While this may not have been the fault of the repairman, the part needed to fix the light was not on the truck when he came to my house for 1st attempt. This meant I had to reschedule once the part was reordered. I had to follow up with DanMarc to find out if the part had arrived and to schedule another service call. Feels like they should’ve been able to alert the repairman before he came the 1st time that the part needed was not in stock. Once it was available Kage, my repair person, was professional, quick, and very polite. Fixed my fridge in under 15min!

Difficult to schedule time. Person on third visit arrived outside of time window. Person maintained that my seven year old washer was so old that having four major parts fail simultaneously was just to be expected.

The serviceman was on time and did an excellent job repairing our clothes dryer. I highly recommend this repair service.
