Mike Glappa is a first class technician. He diagnosed our problem which proved to be a contradiction to what Honest Appliance (Now Authorized Appliance) told us. He identified problems in our warranty paperwork and explained possible explanations for the error but warned about further dealings with AIG and Kitchen Aid. We are strategizing as to what to do.
