When I arrived I found the freezer light was not turning on. I checked the door switch and noticed it was not open and closing well. So I heated up and used the shop vac to extract any water that was frozen in the door switch. After that light turned on and switch worked well. After that I tried replicating the loud vibration the customer was complaining about but I was unable to replicate the noise. After doing a lot of tests I was finally able to get the baffle to make a noise. I had the customer listen to it and she said that was the noise just much louder. I spoke with the customer and found the door was left open from being over packed and I believe thats when warm air got into the baffle and caused it to be loud for a while. I heated and extracted ice off the baffle and now it sounds better. Customer is happy now.

Customer states that the fresh food section temps are constantly changing and that the ice maker is not working properly. Customer also mentioned that the freezer and fresh food doors were not closing well. Fresh food section is 38 degree f and is set at 38.Freezer section is at 2 degree set at 0 I found that the freezer door was sitting too high up and was rubbing on the hinge. I corrected the issue by loosening the screws and dropping the door. As well I greased the tracks. After that I checked the ice maker and found the unit needs a new ice maker. I feel the customer is having erratic cooling due to the doors not closing all the time. Also found a lot of ice on the floor of the freezer which also could have been impacting the closure of the freezer door. ; ordrng 1 W10830283 (Gasket left side fresh food gray) and 1 W10830162 (Door gasket right side gray) and 1 W10884390 (Ice maker) and 1 W11396033 (Switch door freezer)
