"Arrived and found unit in a protective drain mode. Activated diagnostic and found error code F8E1 for long fill stored in unit. Checked and found a short non-manufactured drain tube connected to unit and laying low on floor to sink drainage, leading to water siphoning while unit is trying fill. Advised client that drain tube has to be elevated. Removed non-manufactured drain tube and connected factory supplied drain hose to unit, elevated and reconnected both hoses together, ran checks and unit working properly."
