No failure caused appeared while in diagnostics.Check underneath for any loose components.all found tight and secure.In your basket also secure and tight not wobbling abnormally.Conclusion found possible unbalanced load caused unit to not spin out properly.Customer did confirm washing dungarees and jeans which could definitely cause an unbalanced load.
