Tested the dryer with wire temperature probe inside the dryer and from the vend on the back on the dryer. Unit heats up to 187-210 inside and goes over 167 on the ventas the pictures on the file. According to the techline these temperature show that there is not any problem with the heat on the dryer. Advised member to extend the heat on sensing cycle and combine with time drye incase of heavy load.

"Customer concern was the unit freezing things on the lower shelf customer did state that it was fruit and vegetables advise that he put his fruit and vegetables in the crisper bin, if he doesnt have room advised that he put his fruits and vegetables in Ziploc bags before storing them on the shelf. Checked condenser fan and condenser did not find anything out of the ordinary(no dust) advise he gives unit space from the back wall so it can have breathing room unit is working as designed no repairs at this time"

"Warranty,..Door has a particular hinge on the bottom and Hass to be removed and the new door put in a certain angle because of the mechanism replaced door assembly and tested everything is working exactly how it should unit is repaired,Also tightened all handles on crisper type drawers and also freezer compartment handle everything is tight.."
