"Checked and found shutoff valve controlling water supply to both bathroom sink and washer was off due to a leaking sink faucet. Turned water supply on, activated and ran diagnostics and unit tested ok. Advised client to hire a plumber to rectify leaking faucet to prevent shutting off water supply to unit in the future."
