"TB- Installed new outer door panel and handle. Customer inspected both parts prior to tech installing and said parts were ok to install. After installation complete customer notices small nick on door handle. Advised customer prior to installing parts that once they were installed, call is being completed and customer cannot get any new parts ordered for cosmetic reasons. Previous tech should not have ordered any of these parts to begin with as unit is well outside of 30 cosmetic warranty. Customer unhappy and will call Jenn-Air for resolution. This is a nuisance call and customer should be flagged for anything that is a non-functional issue. Customer also requests that TB not come back."
