Customer was having an issue getting old water filter out and removed and installed customer?s new filter and found water going into unit but not circulating over the evaporator and after on for a little while circulation pump kicked on and water running over evaporator and may of loosened up due to customer adding cleaner and put back into clean to finish cycle tests ok at time of service but if issue happens again we will need to order recirculating pump part # W11542867
