"Unit is working properly. Cust showed me photos of dents outside and stated that the installers had to bang on unit with wood and hammer to straighten it out and install it properly. Unit is installed properly, vent and all other operations working. Some damage is visible from the outside on the right side and on bottom (see photos). Offered repair of outter case and bottom panel. Cust is refusing repair. Sr#7731367603."
