As well he told me he set the unit to normal and when he came back an hour and a half later it was still in the sensing portion. I tested the unit out in auto test cycle and all completed with no issues. After that I that I checked for error codes. I noticed the cold was not as strong as the hot so I went into manual test and found that the cold water valve is extremely slow. From there I drain the unit and checked the agitation and spin and they seemed good. From there I called whirlpool technical to document my findings and we checked multiple things light the shift actuator, pump, motor, and so on. After running through multiple checks they agree that all the error codes would be caused from the slow cold water valve. The client puts in a small amount of clothes and the sensor doesn't work. I recommend using the time cycle so the dryer works properly. The vent pipe is 20 feet long. I recommend purchasing the fan that goes in the vent line.test ok..
