Drain hole location is at front right wall as opposed to rear of unit. Hose is standard length but route is longer to drain hole. Contacted tech. Support, file#7728569356. Customer may need to purchase hose extension if not provided be dealer or installer. Also Advised customer to contact installer to address issues."
