"Checked over unit, found several issues with unit, jazz board is not responding properly, unit not going into defrost, freezer door slides ar binding and door not closing properly. Customer does not want to repair unit and had check already made out for 114.95. Advised customer that did not include tax but only was willing to give this amount because thats what she was told."
