"Performed a temperature test on lower oven regular bake function and results were as follows: 382F 338F 381F 336F . Found out that oven is cycling as designed. Average temperature based on readings was 359F. No adjustments were made to calibration since complaint was that unit stopped heating. Advised customer to let unit go through its cooking cycles and to stop turning oven off and right back on to check temperature on display. The oven is programmed to display a temperature of 50 degrees lower than the actual temperature when is turned off and back on or when temperature is changed.
