Check found unit had ice build up in freezer causing door not to open door was forced open by customer causing damage to door tabs for screws broke off needs new door not closing properly took pics of door avd cust will send pics to contract company to see if they will cover door and repair ; ordrng 1 12977864SQ (dor-fip ss)
