"CH - during installation, lh top mounting screw had resistance - when forced it caused the mounting nut to release from liner of unit. Unit is currently installed with the lh mounting screw spinning freely with the nut still attached. Nut can not be accessed from front behind grill due to airflow duct being in the way. Screw head must be cut off so that unit can be lowered and repaired. Per dispatch notes, called techline to make report - sr# 7723720394. Unit needs mounting hardware {W10821385}, 2man and extra time. Return tech must have cut off wheel to remove screw.; ordrng 1 W10821385 (MOUNTING HARDWARE)"
