"CH - upon arrival, Intested the unit via diagnostic cycle. Unit fills and drains normally, but when it attempted to engage to lid lock, the latch clicked several times, failed to lock, and would not proceed with cycle. Verified good connection at board. Unplugged lock assembly and ohmed out j4-1 to j4-2 - reads ol with lid both open and closed. Unit needs new latch {W11670519}; ordrng 1 W11670519 (Latch)"
