When I reset power the user inner face did not come on, from there I removed the user interface to check for voltage and when I plugged it back in the unit worked for one cycle. After speaking to whirlpool we decided to replace the user interface, control board, and wire harness. "Customer is complaining that their user interface is not turning on. Customer explained to me that after they had a power outage in the entire town once power was regained to their home they no longer were able to use their dryer. I checked the voltage at the outlet and it was good checked for reverse polarity that was fine. After that I went to the main control board. We do have power going in and we do have proper DC voltage going to the user interface however, both lights on both parts are blinking. "F2-e1When I arrived the customer was complaining about the unit not agitating. I checked multiple things and found the shift actuator arm is broken and will not shift from spin to agitation. So I replaced the shift actuator. Ran another test and the unit did shift to agitation but then at the end of the cycle the unit started making a weird noise almost like arching. After that I removed the cam and found oil leaking.
