"I spoke with whirlpool and they believe the unit is loosing power and resetting itself due to the eltric in the home. I pulled the unit out and checked the house receptacle and found a couple of the wires were loose so i tightened them up. As well i checked the wire harness and the 4 prong wire supply and found no issues. After speaking with tech line they said odds are if there is an issue that is not the customer elctric that we should be checking wire harness, wire supply, and main control at the last check point. As well i checked main control for loose wires but all seemed good At this time unit is working as designed from what i can tell.As well i tightened up the door handle since it was loose.Austin sr# 7737149675"
