As well i checked temperatures all were food as well customer stated unit turned off mid bake however we believe when the unit did that it was because they changed the temperature and did not hit the start button again. F0-e2 over sudsF0-e5 off balance loadCustomer has extensive history on this unit i did a lot of testing and checked the units functionality. All seems good. Spoke with whirlpool and did a bunch more tests. Checked soap motor on the load and go all seemed ok so i turned it up to 2 which would allow for the most soap to be in the machine as well i turned the soil level up to max and gave customer instruct.
