TB- Customer states that last load ran took multiple cycles to dry and were still damp afterwards. Let dryer cycle heat 10+ times and every time cut off temperature was at normal 165*F. Customer has no outside vent cap and exhaust duct is completely open to outside. Also load last ran that customer had issue with was a drum overfilled with multiple king size sheets. Gave customer explanation but customer was very rude to tech and told tech to leave home. unit is not exhibiting any functional issues at this time.
