Customers complaint is for multiple issues of right side door seal torn and intermittent cooling in refrigerator and ice clumping in ice bin and dispenser paddles not working properly for both and tested unit and found all operations of cooling working properly at time of service and advised customer of multiple parts that would be needed to try and repair ice clumping and dispenser problems and cant properly diagnose intermittent issues and due to possible cost of repairs customer is looking at options of replacement.
